By accessing or using Reconr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reconr is an AI-powered pre-meeting intelligence platform that helps sales professionals research companies and prepare for meetings. The Service aggregates publicly available information and uses artificial intelligence to generate actionable insights.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Use the Service for lawful business purposes only

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

The free tier includes limited access to the Service with restrictions on the number of briefs generated per month.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@reconr.ai for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (except our official Chrome extension)
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Reconr and protected by intellectual property laws. Intelligence briefs generated for you are licensed for your business use but remain our intellectual property.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or completeness of intelligence briefs
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That information is current or up-to-date

Intelligence briefs are generated from publicly available sources and AI analysis. You should verify important information independently before making business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECONR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reconr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
